Buffalo Cauliflower

This past week I wanted a snack, but was looking for something healthier. I opened the fridge to discover the bag of cauliflower I picked up at Trader Joe's last weekend. I know I wanted to spice them up so to my favorite hot sauce I turned.

These are so easy and quick to make, you will think to yourself why haven't I done this before. Here's what you will need.

Ingredients:

6 cups fresh cauliflower florets
2 teaspoons garlic powder
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
1 tablespoon butter- melted
3/4 cups Frank's RedHot sauce

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Spray a baking sheet and set aside. Mix garlic powder, salt, pepper, melted butter and hot sauce together. Add the cauliflower to a large freezer sized bag and pour in your mixture. Seal tightly and mix together to make sure all cauliflower is covered. Spread on your baking sheet and place in oven for 20 minutes.
