Hosting parties in the Summer is so fun. Not only are you able to expand your space to the outside, but you decorate with patriotic decor for three whole months!
A perfect tablescape to me is simple. When I host family and friends over, I don't want to waste time cleaning off the table that took me a hour to set. To be honest, most picnics and parties usually result in throw away utensils and plates. But there is the occasional time I bust out my real dishes... Like for this past weekend when we celebrated the Fourth of July at our house!
Just like my philosophy for clothes in the summer, simpler is better. That is exactly what I did for our patio table.
