Last November I decided to pamper myself and get lash extensions, since my lashes had limp and had no volume since having my son the previous Spring. I wanted to be able to not wear mascara or really any makeup and still look put together #momlife. I loved them. It made me feel glamorous and best part I needed no mascara for the time I had them. Down fall, you need to go back every two to three weeks for refills and depending how many you loose, it can be anywhere from $60- $150. I also had the fear of talking to someone and one of the lashes just falling off. If you've never gotten lashes extensions before, the come grouped in 5-10 little lashes together, so if one would come loose from the glue and fall onto your cheek, you would know.
I kept them on until after we came back from Jamaica , but with moving and prepping for the end of our cheerleading season, I just didn't have time to put into getting them filled. To remove them I simply used oil base make up remover, and the glue came undone so easy. However, I was left with non existent eye lashes and the ones that were left were so broken and dry they needed some help badly. I was seeing people post about Rodan and Fields products before and I had tried the Dark Spot remover on my freckles, but it didn't work. Of course I was hesitant about using it, since their stuff is not cheap.
I went out on a limb, and ordered the Rodan and Fields Lash Boost, and was not disappointed. I knew my real eye lashes would eventually grow back to what they were pre- extensions at least, but this serum definitely helped it. I gave it much needed nourishment so that when I was able to put mascara on it, they didn't look as brittle.
March 8, 2019- with mascara, pre-treatment- This picture was actually taken about a month after I took off my extensions. My lashes were already starting to gain more strength and get a little longer, but still needed a lot of help.
May 9, 2019- w/o mascara-Two months of using Rodan and Fields and they are fuller and longer.

I prolly won't purchase it again, unless I see my lashes getting brittle again. But I loved how they helped my lashes grow and fill out. I would definitely recommend this product!
