The Ashley Maria Blog: 80's inspired 30th Birthday Party

This past weekend, we celebrated my favorite guy, Joe! I had this party for a couple months, but kept putting off the details. This party came around real quick and left me scrambling for decorations, favors etc. It's always hard when you are throwing a surprise party and trying to hide all the stuff in your little house. Thankfully on the usual day we receive lots of packages and amazon boxes, so I just told Joe it was stuff I was getting around for a client's party.

During the appetizers being handed out, I had the game M*A*S*H for guests to play. It was so fun, with the 1988 edition.

Silly straws are always a good idea with any party, but especially at a 80's party!

Along with baby pictures of Joe, I did a 'Favor Bar' some 80's favorites such as fun dip and burger gummies along with snap bracelets, rubrics cubes and mind games.
