When To Purchase

You always want to get the best deals.. that's only natural. So if you are like me, before you make a big purchase I tend to scope the internet and check out sale flyers. Today, with a little help of lists I found here and there, I'm compiling a list of when is the best time buy and check those larger purchases off your list!
