Rice Krispy's are my favorite snack to make. They are so easy to prepare and a treat quick treat for any occasion. This weekend while at the store I got the brilliant idea of making the classic treat with two of my favorite things.. coconut and chocolate. Easter candy is out everywhere so I used coconut creme filled eggs as my inspiration.
Ingredients:
6 cups Rice krispy treats
1 10oz Package Mini marshmallows
3 Tbsp Butter
36 Hershey Kisses
1 cup coconut (extra for garnish)
Melt butter in large pot. Add in marshmallows until smooth. Mix in large bowl with rice krisy treats and while warm mix in Hershey kisses and coconut flakes. Spread into 13" x 9" coated pan. Let sit until cool.
Cut and serve!
