Semi Homemade Cinnamon Buns

The smell of cinnamon buns baking in the oven is one of my favorite scents. The prep work, waiting and clean up however are not my favorite! I do enjoy baking, but there are some mornings you just want to eat the dang things already.
One of those mornings was this past weekend. Thankfully Pillsbury cinnamon buns were in my fridge and came to the rescue. My husband is not a huge fan of them, so I decided to jazz them up a little bit and make them a little different!

Ingredients:

1 can Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls
1 stick butter (melted)
3/4 Cup brown sugar
1 Cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Mix melted butter and brown sugar in a medium bowl. Chop your pecans and add to your mixture. Spread the mixture at the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan.  Open your cinnamon rolls and spread them out on top of your mixture. There will be extra space in pan, and that is okay. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Flip onto serving dish. add extra pecan mixture onto buns. Warm the included icing for about 10 seconds in the microwave and pour over the buns. Enjoy!
