Semi Homemade Stuffed Shells

Today I'm sharing with you an easy recipe you can share with your family and friends and it will seem like you are a gourmet chef!Okay, maybe not gourmet.. but they will think differently about your cooking after trying these.  Stuffed shells have always been to me one of those dreaded recipes, thinking they always took lots of prep and cook time, that I do not have. Until I actually made them that is! Here is an easy recipe that you could prep on a Sunday night and make for Monday dinner when your time is pressed!

Ingredients:

1 box Jumbo Shells ( I used Barilla)
2 cloves garlic
1 container (15 ounces) Ricotta cheese
4 cups shredded Mozzarella
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup parsley flakes
1 jar (26 ounces) spaghetti sauce

Directions:

Cook your shells according to package.  Mix together garlic, ricotta cheese, 2 cups mozzarella, Parmesean cheese, parsley and egg.  In a pan, spread sauce to cover bottom of dish. Once shells are cooked fill with cheese mixture and place on top of sauce open part up.  Cover with sauce and remaining 2 cups of Mozzarella.  Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. Let sit before serving!
