There's just something about wearing a bright and fun printed dress to put me in the summer mood. It just so happens that this day it was rainy, but at least my mood was giving out good vibes! I purchased this dress originally from Forever 21 in February or March. It sat in the back of my closet for a longgggg time, until now. I chose to add the belt on to add a little texture to the print. I usually am not a fan of high low hems, but this one is just subtle enough to work on me. This is definitely going to be on rotation in my wardrobe this Summer.
