White Garlic Pizza Sauce

I don't know about you.. but I love making pizza's, especially on a cold Sunday afternoon between football games! Joe made the best purchase and got us a pizza stone and it makes the crust so much more crispier.  Now we need to find the perfect dough to use that won't make it blow up to the size of a calzone.. we are still perfecting that aspect! We like coming up with different pizza options that don't include tomato sauce.  Joe & I are both Italian so we tend to eat a lot of sauce with our pastas. Yesterday we decided on a chicken, garlic, mozzarella pizza, but it was missing a sauce on top.. so to the cabinets I went and came up with this little gem! I shall call it white garlic pizza sauce!!

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp Butter
1 1/2 Tbsp Flour
1/2 Cup Milk
2 Cloves Garlic
2 Tbsp Basil
1 1/2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

In sauce pan melt butter down.  When melted fully whisk in flour and milk.  Add garlic, basil and parm. cheese.  If becomes lumpy add more milk.  Keep whisking until all blended together (thick creamy texture).  Let sit to cool- will thicken as it cools! Drizzly onto pizza as you desire!
