What do you get when you mix a really warm day, a love of coconut, and a bathing beauty.. An ISLAND GIRL of course!! Last weekend I was at the Kenny Chesney concert, and was on the hunt for his new line of rums. They are not available in stores yet (coming out this week!!) but are available online only. I was lucky enough to experience the Blue Chair Bay Bar they had set up
and well without any ado.. the best drink EVER. I have been craving it ever since, so with a quick trip to the liquor store to my surprise I found one bottle (someone ordered but never picked it up!!)
ISLAND GIRL
1 1/2 oz. Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum
1 oz. orange juice
1 oz. pineapple juice
2 oz. lemon-lime soda
1 oz. orange juice
1 oz. pineapple juice
2 oz. lemon-lime soda
Build ingredients directly into tall glass with ice. Stir and flirt.
Want produce?: Add an orange slice and cherry.
*You can also minus the orange juice and add club soda to lighten up the drink*
