Meet Charger

If you follow me on instagram you know my big Christmas gift this year was the best gift EVER! I got a new best friend and he goes by the name of Charger.

Charger (named after the San Diego Chargers) is a Morkie; a Maltese & Yorkie mix.  We picked him up on Saturday from a breeder in Lancaster, PA. We knew he was the one from the first time we laid eyes on him. He was the chunkier of the two other pure bred Yorkie puppies they had and let's just say he was much calmer then the others.

Charger has the colors of the Yorkie breed but his hair is thick and curly like a Maltese.  He will also get full grown to about 8-10 lbs!

I was fortunate enough to take off from work on Monday & Tuesday to spend some time 'training' and cuddling my new little man! Of course it's been the coldest days this winter so far, but with Chargers new winter jacket, he's all set! I snapped these pictures while playing outside a little on Monday. 

I then snapped this picture about an hour later.. cuddling with his baby doll, Fred (because I'm that puppy mom who names the stuffed animals!)
