I don't know about you.. but I can't work out unless I have a good playlist on. My gym offers complimentary Wifi in the building so it works out great to play a Pandora station.
When I am spinning on the bike I prefer to use the Country Fitness- since some of the songs are slower, but remind me of Summer and to KEEP GOING!
When I am running I like to listen to Classic Rock. It really gets me pumped and gives me a good tone to keep pace.
For ab circuits and weights I like to have my Pop/Hip Hop or 80's Cardio in the background. Typically I sing with the songs making the pain feel less straining! Also, it makes the time go by faster, and I will do one rotation for the whole song.
What do you listen to when you are at the gym? Do you prefer hand picked playlist or a Pandora or ITunes Radio station?
