Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps

I originally found this recipe from this post . She is one of my favorite bloggers, and her story is amazing & inspiring.  I decided to change just a few things slightly.

1lb Ground Chicken
Iceberg Lettuce
Celery for chopping
Buffalo sauce
Queso Fresco or Bleu Cheese Crumbles

Pull apart lettuce to make the wraps- make sure to rinse!
In a frying pan begin cooking ground chicken until almost cooked through add in as much hot sauce as you desire 

Chop celery in small pieces and add to cooking chicken. Place pan in oven  for about 10-15 minutes to finish cooking and to allow sauce to marinate with chicken & celery.

Add your favorite cheese.. I don't like bleu cheese so I opted for my favorite Queso Fresco instead 
Enjoy with your favorite beverage.. for my that's a Bud Light with Lime- Limey!!
