Can you believe Thanksgiving is next week already! Where has this year gone?? Maybe I just didn't realize it because the temperature in the Northeast have been pretty mild for mid November- and I don't mind one bit! For Thanksgiving we travel to Joe's grandparents house in Northern New Jersey to celebrate with his family. His grandmother does all the cooking so the other family members supply the desserts! Last year I made this easy
Pecan Pie and it was a huge hit!
Some other things I'm thinking about making for the big day is this Fall inspired
sangria, these adorable
mini apple pies maybe with some ice cream added, or these
caramel apple slices that are great for after stuffing your face with turkey!
