Easy Balsamic Chicken Pasta

I'm always looking for easy and quick recipes.  You have no idea how many times I have made taco's in a few short months, just because it is easy to whip together after work or my practices.  I try to make a pasta once a week, because I will make enough to have leftovers during the week. All the ingredients used in this recipe I had in the house. It's nice to experiment once in a while and it actually turn out really good!

Ingredients:

2 boneless chicken breast
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
1/2 cup honey
3 Tblspoon Sherry
Choice of pasta
1 Green pepper sliced
1/2 onion chopped

Directions:

Season chicken any way you prefer. I always purchase pre-seasoned chicken from Wegman's.  This time I used lemon & herb seasoned. Grill chicken in large pan. Remove chicken from heat once fully cooked and cut into pieces.  Add in olive oil, peppers and onions on low heat to brown. Cook pasta according to package. While peppers and onions are still browning mix in your balsamic vinaigrette, honey and sherry. Keep mixing until sauce becomes thicker. Add in cooked chicken and pasta. Serve warm and enjoy!
